I have been seeing Dr. Jolly for all
of my dental needs for a little over a
year. First, let me begin my testimonial
by explaining how I found Dr. Jolly’s
office. I am a technologically inclined
person and found Dr. Jolly’s website
while performing a Google search. I was
very impressed with the website and
loved the fact that I could fill out the
Patient Registration Forms online
instead of filling them out while
sitting in the office. The process of
requesting my first appointment via the
website was an added bonus that was
suprisingly easy and efficient.
My initial impression when arriving
to Dr. Jolly’s office for my first
appointment was “Wow”. She has provided
a spacious, clean, and quiet waiting
room with a large television which was
showing different dental product and
procedure information. I didn’t think
that I could be any more impressed until
I met Sharon at the front desk. Sharon
was very relaxing and pleasant to speak
with as we discussed the Patient
Registration Forms that were filled out
online, any current changes to the
information, and my fascination with how
quiet the waiting room was at the time.
After a short time waiting for my spot
to open, I was introduced to one of Dr.
Jolly’s dental assistants. The assistant
was also very professional and
personable and took me back to my chair.
Now, the first thing that I noticed once
again, was how clean, quiet, and
technologically advanced their “work
area” was. I was offered a remote to
control the television hanging above my
head which I gladly accepted. As Dr
Jolly introduced herself, I could tell
right away that I had met a personable
dentist (I had never found one previous
to this). She took time to show me all
of the issues she had found with my
teeth by using a small camera and
displaying the image on the TV that I
had been watching. This is the first
time that I had ever been able to see
certain areas of my mouth and it
definitely made me want to do a better
job of brushing (should work for kids
too)!
Now, I will continue onto my real
reason for writing this testimonial. My
smile was always less than what I wanted
it to be. I explained this to Dr. Jolly
and she happily went through all of the
options that she was able to provide
(including referral to an orthodontist
that she trusted). While orthodontia was
considered, I decided to go with
Lumineer assistance that she could
perform. The only problem with the
Lumineers was that I had my wedding
coming up shortly. When I tell you that
Dr. Jolly went above and beyond normal
service, I am understating the magnitude
of her performance. She not only “fixed”
my smile in time for the wedding but
also made sure that I was completely
satisfied with the way my smile turned
out in the end (even after the wedding).
Also, many appointments were scheduled
and rescheduled (without an issue) by
Sharon at the front desk to coordinate
with my busy work schedule.
In closing, I feel completely
confident in writing this testimonial
because I firmly believe in Dr. Jolly’s
vision for her practice, choice of
staffing, and willingness to go above
and beyond “standard dental practices”.
I have never had a better experience
with ANY healthcare professional in my
life. She and her staff truly encompass
what it means to be a great Family
Dental Practice.
